Our perfumes are crafted with high-quality ingredients sourced globally, ensuring long-lasting scents with a luxurious touch. Each fragrance is designed to be “Your Silence Signature” — a personal expression of identity.
2. How long do Nafhad fragrances last?
On average, our perfumes last 10-12 hours depending on skin type, environment, and fragrance family (fresh vs. oud-based). Our stronger notes, like Oud and Woody blends, last even longer.
3. Do you offer perfumes for both men and women?
Yes! We offer dedicated Men’s Collection, Women’s Collection, and Unisex Collection, so everyone can find their perfect scent.
4. Are your perfumes original?
Absolutely. Each perfume is an exclusive Nafhad creation — designed, tested, and produced with premium craftsmanship.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
6. How long will my order take to arrive?
• Within Pakistan: 2–5 working days.
• International orders: 7–14 working days (depending on destination & customs).
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD within Pakistan). International customers can pay securely through online payment gateways.
8. What is your return & exchange policy?
• Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it free of cost.
9. Can I test a fragrance before buying?
Currently, we don’t offer testers online. However, we are working on sample kits that will allow you to try multiple fragrances before committing to a full-size bottle.
10. How should I store my perfume?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your fragrance:
• Keep it in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat exposure.
• Store bottles upright and tightly closed after use.
